1. The agreement
This agreement is between you (a person or a company) and Moonlight Dev ("we") about the Asset Inspector software, its updates and documentation (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software you accept it.
2. The plans
- Viewer (free): the free features, for any purpose, personal or commercial, on any number of your computers.
- Early access: the Pro and Studio features, free while early access lasts. It is a pre-release version: features may change, contain errors or be removed, and early access may end when the paid plans are released.
- Pro: a one-time license for one named person, used on up to two of their own computers at a time. It works forever in the versions released during its update period, which is shown at purchase.
- Studio: the number of seats bought for your organisation; each seat is used by one person at a time.
3. What is not allowed
- Sharing license keys or getting around the license check.
- Reselling, renting or sublicensing the Software.
- Decompiling or reverse engineering it, except where the law allows this.
4. Your work
The models, textures, reports and renders you make or check with the Software are yours. We claim no rights to them. The Software processes them on your computer and does not send them to us.
5. Feedback
If you send us ideas or bug reports, we may use them to improve the Software, with no obligation to you. Thank you - early access depends on them.
6. Third-party components
The Software includes open-source components (Dear ImGui, GLFW, GLM, stb, tinyexr, ufbx, JSON for Modern C++ and others) under their own licenses, listed in the About window of the Software.
7. Refunds
If a paid license does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment.
8. No warranty
The Software helps find problems in 3D assets, but it cannot guarantee that an asset is free of them or will be accepted by your client or engine. Keep your own backups. The Software is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law requires.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending the license
The license ends if you break this agreement. You can end it at any time by removing the Software. When early access ends or a license ends, the Software keeps working as the free Viewer.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. A license you have bought keeps the terms it was bought under.

2. Плани

- Pro: безстрокова ліцензія для однієї названої особи, одночасно на двох її власних комп'ютерах. Вона діє назавжди у версіях, що вийшли протягом її періоду оновлень, зазначеного при покупці.
- Studio: придбана кількість місць для вашої організації; кожним місцем одночасно користується одна людина.
3. Що заборонено
- Передавати ліцензійні ключі чи обходити перевірку ліцензії.
- Перепродавати, здавати в оренду чи субліцензувати Програму.
- Декомпілювати чи здійснювати зворотну розробку, крім випадків, дозволених законом.
4. Ваша робота
Моделі, текстури, звіти й рендери, які ви створюєте чи перевіряєте Програмою, належать вам. Ми не претендуємо на жодні права на них. Програма обробляє їх на вашому комп'ютері й не надсилає нам.
5. Відгуки
Якщо ви надсилаєте нам ідеї чи повідомлення про помилки, ми можемо використати їх для покращення Програми без зобов'язань перед вами. Дякуємо - ранній доступ тримається на них.
6. Сторонні компоненти
Програма містить компоненти з відкритим кодом (Dear ImGui, GLFW, GLM, stb, tinyexr, ufbx, JSON for Modern C++ та інші) за їхніми власними ліцензіями, перелік яких є у вікні «Про програму».
7. Повернення коштів
Якщо платна ліцензія вам не підійшла, попросіть повернення коштів протягом 14 днів після оплати.
8. Без гарантій
Програма допомагає знаходити проблеми в 3D-асетах, але не гарантує, що їх немає, чи що асет прийме ваш клієнт або рушій. Робіть власні резервні копії. Програма надається «як є», без гарантій понад ті, яких вимагає закон.
9. Відповідальність
Наскільки дозволяє закон, наша відповідальність обмежена сумою, яку ви сплатили за Програму протягом 12 місяців до претензії.
10. Припинення ліцензії
Ліцензія припиняється, якщо ви порушуєте цю угоду. Ви можете припинити її будь-коли, видаливши Програму. Коли ранній доступ чи ліцензія закінчуються, Програма працює як безкоштовний Переглядач.
11. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови; дата вгорі показує чинну версію. Придбана ліцензія зберігає умови, на яких її купили.
